Biography
Emma is a Design Director based in Gensler’s Washington, D.C. office, where she first began her Gensler career. Trained as an architect in the U.S., Emma brings global vision to the market.
She has translated her 20 years of experience in architecture and master planning into holistically designed workplace and public space projects throughout China, and now in Washington, D.C. Previously as Design Director for Gensler’s Beijing office, she was one of the initial team members who established Gensler’s presence in China. Emma has a well-rounded portfolio that features corporate campuses and commercial office buildings, and she brings an excellent capability in leading large and complex projects. Emma earned her B.Arch. and M.Arch. at the University of Maryland at College Park.
